- dry: light straw yellow with vivid greenish reflections;
- Bouquet: delicate scent of pears and green apple;
- tastes of meadow herbs, juicy ripe clementines on the palate and also conveys subtle spice and papaya notes;
- to be enjoyed as an aperitif with green olives and to accompany fish and pasta dishes;

WILLI
- Bianchello, aged in barrel for 12 months, 13% vol.,
- dry: bright golden-yellow colour;
- delicate bouquet of pear fruit accompanied by fine elegant notes of barrel; on the palate, an interplay of meadow herbs unfolds with a hint of orange zest and delicate apricot, paired with an acidity of passion fruit, pineapple and a fine touch of caramel, a hint of lime zest rounds off the exquisite drinking experience in the finish;
- to be enjoyed with fish, seafood and poultry, particularly delightful as an accompaniment to any kind of truffle dishes (black and white truffles from Luigi Cianni of Fratterosa);

OR’NELLO

- spontaneous fermentation on the mash, no additives, vino naturale.

ELLA
- Sangiovese, aged in steel tank, 13% vol.,
- dry: fine ruby garnet with an opaque core and delicate edge lightening;
- Bouquet: fine dark berry fruit with slight hints of spices, tobacco-vegetal underlay; leaves a smoky touch on the palate and tastes of fresh blackberries with mineral nuances, shows a good complexity and delicate reverberation of dark chocolate, fresh finish with a fine note of tangerine in the finish;
- to be enjoyed with: lasagna, meat and grilled dishes and mild cheese;
- temperature: 18° – in summer 16°.

WULLI
- Sangiovese, aged in barrel for 24 months, 13% vol.,
- dry: light ruby garnet, elegant core, delicate ochre rim;
- Bouquet: smoky-tobacco spice of dark chocolate and dried herbs, backed with fine plum roaster; gives rise to the present well-integrated tannins on the palate due to the touch of barrel ageing as well as an elegant note and delicate aroma of nougat paired with dried plums; the finish is a hint of extra sweetness;
- to be enjoyed with: steak, lamb, venison and pecorino stagionato;
- temperature: 18°.
DINO
- Merlot, aged in barrel for 24 months; 14.5% vol.,
- dry: strong ruby red, opaque core, violet reflections;
- Bouquet: a smoky mineral interplay of a hint of rosehip confit with fresh citrus zests, with a little air, offers a multi-layered bouquet of delicate sloes and chocolate; on the palate there is a complex, full-bodied and extra-sweet fresh acid arc, a slight hint of tannins is still present, the juicy blueberry confit and the delicate nougat offer a very good finish – the good shelf life guarantees its maturation as well as the exquisite experience of its taste;

FRIZI – ROSÉ
- Sangiovese, aged in steel tank, 13% vol.,
- dry: medium copper red with dusky pink reflections;
- Bouquet: a fruity cocktail of strawberries, raspberries and cherries with a hint of rum; the palate is surrounded by a trace of fine delicate dark chocolate paired with a well balanced finish of wild berries and sour cherries;
- to be enjoyed with: aperitifs, vegetable pasta and fish soup;
- temperature: 12°-14°.
NETTARE
- Passito (dessert Wine), Bianchello, aged in steel tank, 11% vol.,
- Colour: dark golden yellow,
- Bouquet: Potpourri of dried fruit, lychee, mango, pineapple accompanied by hints of fine citrus cests, paired with fine peppery spiciness; a full-bodied and complex fresh acid arc of lively pear-apricot and peach fruit emerges on the palate and its finish is accompanied by a youthful flair of honey and fruit; t
